As we say goodbye to the long, hot days of summer, enjoy the change of seasons with the Sisters Stride Into Autumn. Our 10K and 15K out-and-back routes wind through the Deschutes Forest. Participate in the competitive division or "Walk Our Way".

Do you like to be in the country, experiencing the beauty of Oregon's of the Central Oregon forests? Or, do you simply like to manage part of an event or share your enthusiasm?
Whatever your motivation, we are looking for responsible volunteers to help at WOW events:

There are many ways you can help: course monitoring, start line, finish line, walk directions, etc.
Get your friends, your kids (18 years and older), your neighbors, work buddies, cheerleading squads, track clubs, any clubs or other affiliations you are involved with and help make these "walk only" event a success.
